While we are always looking for more affiliates at Radio War, there are just a few things you should know before all is hunky dory.

name of site: The name/title of your site.
your position: Your position on the site; admin, moderator, member, etc.
site url and button: The link to your site and its affiliation button. We're sorry, but an affiliation button is required.
# of members: How many members (preferably active, but a general consensus is fine, too.)
genre of site: Graphics, writing, role-playing, etc.
skill level of site: All levels, experienced, advanced, etc.
where you have rw's link on your site: Self explanatory.
